One of my favorite things about this job is seeing the ideas customers come up with for
personalized Post-it notes. I am so fortunate in being able to offer an almost limitless number of options with motifs and then the hundreds of fonts, besides the standard paper and ink colors. Thank you, Carlson Craft!! Lately I have been getting a rush of
family reunion Post-it note orders, and people have chosen motifs ranging from a tree to the US capitol (for a Washington, DC reunion). One lovely couple in CO chose a cabin in the mountains as the motif for their anniversary party/reunion favors.
This business is just exploding on several fronts, and it is very exciting to be in the midst of. However, I am getting a little nervous about how I will manage being out of my home office for 3 weeks during our family vacation. I should be able to do everything except paperwork on borrowed computers, but we'll see how that goes. I wont' be able to do all of the artwork manipulation I do now for a few weeks, and that may be a challenge. But we are looking forward to vacation time, especially the kids!
